IOC issues further measures against Russia

The International Olympic Committee has stepped up its sanctions against Russia amid the ongoing conflict in Ukraine by moving to recommend that all international federations (IFs) and sports event organisers prevent the participation of Russian athletes and officials, while stripping President Vladimir Putin, along with two other officials, of their Olympic Orders.
