Putin loses more titles as IFs continue sanctions

Fina, the global governing body of aquatic sports, has withdrawn an honour presented to Russian President Vladimir Putin, but has stopped short of an outright suspension of Russian and Belarusian athletes, as international federations (IFs) continue to react to the conflict in Ukraine.
